/quote codepages.
Currently supported codepages are: UTF-8, KOI8-R, KOI8-U, CP1251, CP866 and TRANSLIT.
To change the codepage without reconnecting to the server, type:
/quote codepage <codepagename>

To get a list of IRC operators and their idle time, type:
/ircops

To get a list of network rules, type:
/rules

For better privacy, always use a secure connection via TLS 1.3 and identify to services (NickServ) via SASL - ECDSA-NIST256P-CHALLENGE or EXTERNAL.
